The Dynasty Boys
The Dynasty Boys are one of Canada's finest up and coming party rock teams bringing nothing but raw hits and substance to every stage they step on. Comprised of DJ’s Icytouch (left), Floetic (right) and newly recruited producer Quietstorm, you will never be disappointed after hearing these boys rock the crowd. Getting in to the DJ scene in Vancouver proved to be a difficult task at first due to the tremendous talent the city had to offer, but over the years playing for a large variety of crowds, The Dynasty Boys have earned the respect of people in their city and have created a large fan base that has remained loyal to this day.
The DJ Duo of Icytouch and Floetic pre dates any musical connection these two ever had. Playing for rival basketball high schools, yet having the same core of friends, these two always had confrontations that inevitably lead to the dynamic tandem people see today. Having long summer debates about who the best basketball player was to who the best female artists were, slowly opened the door into something much greater. At the time, Icytouch was managing a promotional company called SLOW MOTION ENTERTAINMENT throwing hall parties and various fundraisers for the city of vancouver. In Contrast, Floetic was managing his own company called DYNASTY PROMOTIONS. Deciding to use their talents together, the two formed The Dynasty Boys in 2010 and have not looked back since.
Quietstorm is a young musical genius that has a work ethic unlike any other. Gaining his musical knowledge from playing the keyboard and drums at church, he slowly transitioned into producing music for local artist such as JGeezy, Young Sleezy, Protege, Willy YC and is currently looking to expand his network to artist out of province. Growing up, Quietstorm was influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin and J Dilla. Bringing his soulful vibe along with his knowledge of music, Quietstorm is definitely someone to look out for in the near future. Releasing his first album in 2010, 'WestCoast Chronicles' gained a lot of buzz in Canada and has opened doors for Quietstorm for many future projects.
J-traxx is a new rising party-rocker DJ in Vancouver's club and party scene. In many well-known Vancouver nightclubs, you can catch this DJ with eclectic taste and style, playing HipHop, Rnb, Oldschool, top40, live mashups, house beats & with a little bit of turntablism on the side. His skills and career allowed him an opportunity to open up or did after parties for well established and known artists such as the Black Eyed Peas, Ludacris, Far East Movement, LMFAO, Dev,The Cataracs and more. In addition, he also gained respect and DJ'd with many respected local veteran DJs and artists in the industry whom he looks up
